1. Parties and acceptance

This agreement is between Crypto Influence (“we”) and you. By signing in to the app, you accept these terms. How we handle data is described in the “Privacy” section.

2. What the service is

Crypto Influence is a non-custodial cockpit for automated trading. We do not hold your money: authors’ strategies trade in your account on the exchange using your key, and you sign trades on the Solana network yourself. Copilot guides you along a path of steps from your first trade to trading on your own.

3. Risks

Cryptocurrency trading can result in a loss of funds, up to and including all the funds in the account.
Past results of strategies do not guarantee future results.
Futures and leveraged trading carry increased risk: the exchange can liquidate a position.
On the Solana network there is no automatic stop-loss: you sign trades and exits from them yourself.

4. Not investment advice

The assistant, portfolio reviews and Copilot report facts and rules. They are not recommendations to buy or sell: you make the decisions.

5. Your obligations

Connect an exchange key only if it has no withdrawal rights.
Keep your phone, passcode and wallet safe.
Comply with the laws of your country.
Be at least 18 years old.

6. Strategy authors

We grant access as a strategy author manually. An author is responsible for their strategy and its signals. Before deleting their account, an author closes subscriptions to any of their strategies that have subscribers.

7. Paid strategy subscription

An author may make the subscription to their strategy paid: the author sets the price per 30 days, in SOL or USDC; it takes effect after our review. The author is responsible for their strategy and its signals.
An author may make a previously free strategy paid: we give current subscribers 30 days free and let them know in advance.
You pay in one transaction from your own wallet: part goes to the author, part to Crypto Influence. You pay the network fee.
Payment gives access for 30 days. You renew the subscription yourself — nothing is charged automatically.
Payment is non-refundable.
When the paid period ends, the strategy’s trades are still repeated for another 3 days. After that, new trades are no longer repeated; positions that are already open are managed through to their exit at the stop or the targets.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for the actions and failures of exchanges and networks, communication delays or price movements. On the exchange, a stop-loss is placed as an order, but its execution depends on the exchange and the market.

9. Termination

You can delete your account in the app: Account → Settings → Delete account (the app is in Russian: Аккаунт → Настройки → Удалить аккаунт); for 30 days it can be restored. We may close your access if these terms are breached.

When the terms change, we update them on this page together with the version date at the top. Questions go to support.
