This is a translation. If the versions differ, the Russian version applies.
1. Who we are
Crypto Influence is a non-custodial automated trading service: strategies trade in your account on the exchange using your key, and we do not hold your money. This page describes what data we have about you, why it is needed and who receives it. Questions go to support.
2. What we do not store
- Money — it is on your exchange and in your wallet.
- Private keys and wallet recovery phrases — trades are signed on your phone.
- Passwords — we do not have any: you sign in with a wallet signature, a code from an email, or through Apple.
3. What we store and why
- The Solana wallet addresses you signed in with or linked — to sign you in and to show your portfolio.
- Your email address, if you linked it or signed in with it — to sign you in and to restore access. The code in the email is valid for 10 minutes; records of code requests are kept for 30 days.
- The name in your profile — the one you set; the name Apple passed to us the first time you signed in through Apple; and, until you have set one, the part of your email address before the “@”.
- Information about sign-ins: when you signed in and from which app or browser — to maintain sessions and protect your account.
- API keys for the Bybit exchange — so that strategies can trade in your account. We accept only keys with trading rights: a key with withdrawal rights will not connect. The key secret is stored encrypted; the encryption key is not stored in the database. Connecting a key, revoking it, and rejecting it at verification are recorded in a log.
- Sign in with Apple — the Apple identifier and the email address Apple passed to us (including a hidden one). Where possible, also an Apple token, so that we can revoke our access when the account is deleted; it is also stored encrypted.
- Trading settings and copy rules, strategy subscriptions and favorites, bots and their trades, swap history on the Solana network, portfolio value history, experience and rewards, invitations, your Copilot questionnaire answers and your path — the service does not work without them.
- The wallets you watch, and the labels and notification settings for them.
- If you are a strategy author — your name, photo, description (“about me”), links, strategies and their track record. All of this is the public author page: everyone can see it, including people who are not signed in to the app, at cryptoinfluence.app/@your_handle. You upload the photo yourself; it is stored on our servers.
- Author application: name, about you, links to your audience, Telegram; a hash of your IP address to protect against spam (the address itself is not stored in the application). The purpose is to get in touch with you and decide on the application. We delete rejected applications 180 days after the decision.
- Payment for a strategy subscription: the address of the wallet you paid from, the amount and currency, the transaction signature and the time of payment — for record-keeping and to give you access to the strategy. Blockchain data is public by its nature: the transfer and the addresses are visible to everyone on the Solana network. We do not show the author who paid.
- If you are an author — the payout wallet address you set: the author’s share of a subscription payment goes to it. Like the payment itself, this address is visible on the Solana network.
- Devices for push notifications, notification settings and notification history.
- Questions to the assistant, its answers and the review of your portfolio.
- App usage events: which screens you open, what you tap and what you search for (without addresses or email), the amount range when you subscribe and when you create a bot, and information about the notifications we sent you: the type of event, the coin, the side of the trade, the leverage and the amount range — not the exact amounts. We need this to understand what works and what does not.
- Technical logs of our web server: IP address, time and requested address.
4. Who we pass data to
- The Bybit exchange — trading requests on your behalf, made with your key.
- The Solana network and its nodes — reading balances and sending the trades and subscription payments you have signed.
- The Jupiter swap aggregator — your wallet address and the swap parameters, to build the trade that you will sign.
- Apple — push notifications on iPhone and Sign in with Apple.
- PostHog — app usage events and information about notifications (see above). They go through our server, without your IP address and without location detection; instead of a name, an internal account number is used.
- A cloud AI model gateway and the model provider — your question to the assistant, the facts about your path, rules and portfolio needed for the answer and the review, and the internal account number. Your name, email address and wallet addresses are not sent there.
- An email service — emails with sign-in codes to your address.
- Price and market data services — requests about coins and about the public wallet addresses you view.
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising. The cryptoinfluence.app website loads fonts from Google Fonts — Google sees the IP address of the website visitor.
5. How long we keep data
- Account data — as long as the account exists.
- Conversations with the assistant — 7 days.
- Notification history — 30 days.
- Records of sign-in code requests — 30 days.
- Technical logs of the web server — about two weeks.
- Database backups — about two weeks: deleted data disappears from them within 16 days.
- Author applications: we keep an application while it is under review. Rejected applications are deleted 180 days after the decision, and approved website applications whose code was never entered — 180 days after the code expires; an approved application is kept as long as the author exists. The IP hash is kept for one day.
- Records of strategy subscription payments (wallet address, amount and currency, transaction signature, time) — for record-keeping. When an account is deleted they remain, but are detached from the profile: the profile is erased, and the payment ledger keeps only an internal identifier next to the wallet address; it no longer leads to your name or your email address.
- After you request deletion of your account, exchange keys are erased immediately and everything else after 30 days: until then the account can be restored simply by signing in the same way. We erase the profile, wallets, email address, rules, experience, history and other data in all our services. What remains: a de-identified record “account deleted at [time]” and the trade history of the strategies you ran as an author — with no link to you and without your name. Subscription payment records also remain — see above. Events in PostHog remain: they contain no name, no email address and no addresses, and after erasure the internal account number is no longer linked on our side to your name, your email address or your addresses (the subscription payment ledger is a separate case, see above).
6. Your rights
You can find out what data we have about you and correct it — through support. You can delete your account in the app: Account → Settings → Delete account (the app is in Russian: Аккаунт → Настройки → Удалить аккаунт).
7. Security
- The app is locked with a passcode and, if you choose, with Face ID.
- Exchange keys — only without withdrawal rights; secrets are stored encrypted, and the encryption key is not stored in the database.
- The app communicates with our server only over HTTPS.
- Logs and analytics contain no tokens, keys or codes.
8. Age
The service is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
9. Changes
When the policy changes, we update it on this page together with the version date at the top.
